Woodland Crafts & Home Decor

Our woodland crafts and natural home decorations are handmade using branches, sticks and other materials gathered from our sustainably managed woodland on the North Downs in Surrey.

The collection includes natural branch hangers, jewellery trees, stick stars, wall hangings, rustic wooden decorations and other handmade pieces inspired by traditional woodland crafts and the natural shapes and textures of the trees around us.

We work with a variety of English woods including Hazel, Beech, Birch, Sycamore, Hawthorn and Blackthorn. Wherever possible we retain the original bark, knots, forks, bends and natural character of the wood, so every piece is individual.

Our woodland decor is particularly suited to rustic, primitive, cottage and nature-inspired interiors and can also be used for displaying photographs, dried flowers, herbs, jewellery and seasonal decorations.

Much of the wood we use comes from routine coppicing, pruning and thinning carried out as part of our long-term woodland management. Rather than wasting this material, we turn suitable branches and timber into useful and decorative pieces for the home.

All Hanging Wood crafts are made or gathered in small quantities in Surrey. No pesticides or insecticides are used on our land.
