A large, characterful wall organiser handmade from a real crooked Beech branch grown in our woodland on the North Downs in Surrey.

Each branch is selected for its natural bends, knots and beautiful bark rather than perfect straightness, creating a jewellery rack that's as much a piece of natural woodland decor as it is a practical organiser.

At approximately 90cm long and 3–4cm thick, this is a substantial branch fitted with seven individual metal hooks for displaying necklaces, jewellery, keys and other hanging accessories.

🌳 Naturally Crooked Beech

Beech has wonderfully rich bark with brown, grey, silver and sometimes bronze tones, together with beautiful natural markings.

Unlike our straighter Hazel jewellery racks, these Beech branches are deliberately chosen for their crooked shapes, natural twists, bends and knots.

We don't straighten, machine or disguise those features – they're what make the finished rack individual.

No two will ever be exactly alike.

A Natural Jewellery Display

The seven hooks provide individual hanging points, making it easy to spread necklaces and other jewellery along the branch rather than keeping everything tangled together.

Its large 90cm size also makes it particularly attractive as a display rack for jewellery makers, craft-fair sellers, market stalls and independent shops.

The branch itself becomes part of the display, making it especially suited to handmade, botanical, woodland and nature-inspired jewellery.

🪵 Handmade from Real Woodland Wood

The Beech retains its natural bark and has not been varnished or chemically treated.

Our timber may be fresh or partially seasoned when the rack is made and can continue to dry naturally. Small changes in the wood, including slight movement, shrinkage or fine surface checking, can occur as genuine timber seasons.

Hanging Your Rack

The branch is supplied with 5 metres of natural jute twine for hanging.

Wall fixings are not included, as the appropriate fixing will depend on your wall construction and intended use.

The safe load of the completed rack depends on the wall fixings and installation method, so suitable fixings should always be chosen for the surface and items being displayed.

Every Beech branch grows differently.

You will receive a rack similar in character to those shown in the photographs, but expect natural variations in shape, bends, knots, diameter, bark colour and markings.

Jewellery, keys, flowers and other decorative items shown in the photographs are not included.

🌳 From Our Surrey Woodland

Our Beech is harvested in small quantities through pruning, thinning and ongoing management of our family woodland on the North Downs in Surrey.

No pesticides or insecticides are used on our land.

Hanging Wood has been managed by our family since 1976.
